Instructions to Authors

About the Journal

The International Journal of Science, Education, Technology and Health Innovations (IJSETHI) publishes original, high-quality research that advances knowledge and practice across the sciences, education, technology and health. All manuscripts are subjected to a rigorous, double-anonymised peer-review process.

  • Review articles
  • Short communications / Research notes
  • Case studies, with ethical approval where applicable

Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts should be submitted in English, typed in a standard font (Times New Roman, 12 pt), double-spaced, with continuous line numbers. Each manuscript must include:

  • A concise and informative title.
  • The full names, affiliations and ORCID iDs of all authors.
  • A structured abstract (Background, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion) of 200–300 words.
  • 3–6 keywords.
  • Main text organised under the following headings: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion, followed by References.

References

Authors should follow the APA (7th edition) referencing style. All in-text citations must correspond to entries in the reference list, arranged alphabetically, with DOIs provided where available.

Submission Checklist

  • The manuscript is original and has not been published elsewhere or submitted concurrently to another journal.
  • Figures, tables and supplementary files are included and clearly labelled.
  • Any conflicts of interest have been declared by all authors.
  • Ethical approval has been obtained for studies involving human or animal subjects.
  • All authors have read and approved the final version of the manuscript.

Peer Review Process

Submissions are screened by the editorial office, assigned to a handling editor, and then reviewed by at least two independent reviewers using a double-anonymised process. Authors receive the reviewers' comments with a clear editorial decision.

Publication Ethics

The journal adheres to the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors are expected to comply with recognised standards for research integrity, including the responsible conduct of research, accurate reporting of results, and the avoidance of plagiarism and data fabrication or falsification.

Copyright & Licensing

Authors retain copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence.
